With a distinguished career spanning from AT&T Bell Labs to successfully launching and exiting two companies prior to CloudProUSA, Rajh is a seasoned veteran in the Customer Experience (CX) industry. He is passionate about harnessing the power of cloud and AI technologies to revolutionize contact centers and customer experiences, leading to innovative solutions within CloudProUSA.
Mr. Sunil Pawar is spearheading operations, business expansion, and go-to-market strategies based out of Singapore. With a career spanning over 18 years, Sunil has led teams, driven revenue growth, and managed global technology offerings. He is passionate about creating value for customers using AI. Sunil holds an Executive Master’s in Entrepreneurship from HEC Paris and has completed the COO Program at IIM Lucknow.
Mr. Sravan is the Delivery Director, leading our professional services & Bangalore site with over 16 years of hands-on experience in delivering cutting-edge contact center solutions based out of India. Sravan thrives on solving complex technical challenges for our customers, leveraging his extensive expertise. He holds industry-leading certifications from Twilio, Avaya, and Automation Anywhere.
Mr. Mazhar is a visionary Research Leader with a strong focus on pioneering research and developing innovative solutions. With over 12 years of experience in creating cutting-edge Customer Experience (CX) solutions and architectures, Mazhar has been instrumental in supporting global launches. He also leads the Pune delivery center for CloudProUSA, driving excellence and innovation within the team.
